All published rates are for single or double occupancy (1 or 2 adults) and do not include a once-per-stay cleaning fee of $35. For extra persons 16 and older, add $10 per person per night. We do not rent to minors under 21. All rooms are non-smoking. We do not allow pets; service animals are OK.
