You'll really enjoy the fun and games in the separate recreation building at Ocean Terrace Condominiums which is open 9AM till 9PM 365 days a year. Try your hand at a rousing game of ping-ping or perhaps a game of eight ball. You'll find a regulation size ping-pong table as well as a full size pools table in  the recreation Room.  Game paddles, balls, and cue sticks are available in the office for checkout during the hours of operation. You'll also find a nifty electronic game, a quarter a play, to test your skills to see how many levels you can acheive.

After a particularly difficult day you may want to relax in the mens and womens dry heat saunas. They are also available from 9AM till 9PM daily and are accessed through the recreation room.

The ice machine and soft drink machine is also located in the recreation room.
