Q: Are pets allowed at Ocean Terrace Condominiums?    A: No, even though we love all those little critters too, they are not allowed at Ocean Terrace. We can direct you to Lodging facilities that do accept pets. 

Q: Do you have smoking rooms available?  A: No,  we are a smoke-free facility. You can smoke outside, but smoking is not allowed in any of the units.

Q: How many people can we have in a unit?   A: Most of our units are designed for four people,  We have a couple of two person units, a few six  person units and a couple five person units. Yes, all children are considered persons at Ocean Terrace and count toward the persons per unit limit. 

Q: Is there a charge for extra persons?   A: Yes, there is a $6 per person per night charge for extra adults. Adults are defined as 16 and older. Younger  children stay free, but remember they do count toward your persons per unit limit.

Q: Can I check in later than 9PM?    A: Yes, but you need to talk to the desk clerk on duty and make them aware that you will be late. They will make appropriate arrangements with you so you can access your unit.

Q: How early can I check in?    A: Usually the very earliest you  can check in is 2PM, however there are rare occasions when an earlier check-in can be arranged. Our normal check in time is 4PM and that is the time we guarantee access to your unit.

Q: Can I checkout later than 11AM?   Q: Yes, that can be arranged when you make your reservation or when you check in. While it is permissible to arrange a late check-out, noon is as late as we can allow.

Q: My reservation requires a room move, how does that work?   A: Normally we allow you to remain in your unit until the unit you are moving to is prepared for you. However, if you want to leave we ask you to completely check-out and then check back in at the normal check in time.
